It was a sweet end to 2015. Lindsey came “home” from Washington DC to join Lauren (home from Azusa Pacific), Will and Lilly for some family bonding time. In no time, they were back to their old shenanigans with Lindsey-as oldest child- putting everyone in their proper place.  The rental house on 7th Avenue is a tad too small for our gang so we went north to Big Bear, this time renting a cabin in Fawnskin, a tiny hamlet on the other side of the lake.  Several in our group were laid flat by a nasty bug but nothing like the severe appendicitis Dad/Gpa suffered just 4 weeks earlier during Thanksgiving. During the 10 day holiday, we went from mountains to beach, ate 20 lbs of turkey, took a spin with the R/C helicopter and indulged in a feast for the eyes: Star Wars-The Force Awakens.
